Newcastle Education Foundation believes great educators are the driving force behind student success—and they deserve the resources to match their passion.
That’s why we’ve launched Fueling the Future. Our classroom grants program is designed to empower educators, inspire innovation, and strengthen our Racer classrooms.

Newcastle education Foundation accepts grant applications during specified dates throughout the school year. Applications are only accepts by Newcastle Public School employees. There will be two application periods during the 2025-2026 school year.

JR Sprint grants - grants up to $750
Outlaw grants- grants $751-$3000

For Fall 2025 grants will open September 1 and close October 15.

Applications will be submitted via Google Forms. Please click the Forms link for guidelines, grant information etc. It is recommended to review this information before submitting your proposal to Google Forms.
When ready to submit, click the appropriate grant link based on the requested dollar amount of your proposal.
